Hand washing sinks adequately supplied with hot/cold running water, paper towel and liquid hand soap. QUATs surface sanitizer in spray bucket at ~200ppm. 3 Compartment sink available for manual dishwashing and QUATs dispenser at ~200ppm. Operator described proper method for manual warewashing. Walk-in cooler at 4C or below. Pizza prep cooler at 4C or below. Front drinks cooler at 4C or below. Temperature logs maintained and available. Food stored off the ground and covered.
