Handsinks were adequately supplied.
Walk-in-cooler and other coolers were at or below 4 degrees C.
Walk-in-freezer and one door freezer were at or below -18 degrees C.
Refrigeration units were equipped with thermometers.
Hot-held food was at or above 60 degrees C.
Time-stamps were in place and were not past the expiration date.
Manager and Assistant Manager on shift had valid FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalent course training.

100 ppm chlorine sanitizer was available in the buckets for the wiping cloths. Chlorine sanitizer is used to sanitize soiled wiping cloths before they are laundered according to the Manager.
200 ppm QUATS was available in the third compartment sink for sanitizing preparation utensils during dishwashing.
3500 ppm Peroxide Multi Surface disinfectant and cleaner was available in the spray bottles. Manager mentioned that they use this disinfectant and cleaner for preparation surfaces and dining tables in accordance with directions from their head office. A MSDS sheet was provided by the Manager.
Peroxide test strips were available on-site.

No signs of recent pest activity were observed at the time of inspection.
Ice machine and both ice bins were in a clean condition. Reminder: Please clean the scoop and container for the ice bin at least every 4 hours and after final operation.
