Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
Invoices for seafood were available for review on site.
Ice machine was clean.
No evidence of pests.
Bleach solution was at 100 ppm.
Dishwasher final sanitizing rinse cycle reached > 71 C at the plate level.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
Dry storage and refrigerated storage areas were well organized.
