Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Cooked rice stored at room temperature. The operator stated that the rice has been cooked for lunch. This is a repeat violation.
Corrective Action(s): Discard the food item due to temperature abuse. Store all cooked rice inside the cooler at 4C or in hot holding unit at 60C. Failure to comply with this order will result in stricter enforcement, including but not limited to a violation ticket.

Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-BEFTUD:

- Thermometers inside all refrigeration units and in clean/working condition.
- The operator must continue with daily temperature log.
- Handles of coolers and other food contact surfaces in clean condition.
- All handwashing stations easily accessible by staff. No food preparation or handling done in this sink.
- Rice scoops not observed to be stored in lukewarm water.
- Pots of soups and raw meats stored on crates, raised above the floors of the walk in cooler.
- The back door was kept opened at the time of the inspection. The operator had stated that they were receiving food supplies and the door is usually kept closed.
