Temperatures:
- Prep cooler was below 4C (3.8C ambient probe)
~ Cheese curds probed at 3.7C
- Freezer ambient temperature during inspection was probed at -25.1C
- Drink cooler was below 4C (no phf)
- Hot holding of hot dogs was above 60C
- Hot holding of gravy & sauces was above 60C

Sanitation & Maintenance:
- 3-compartment sink with approved QUATS sanitizer available
- QUATS sanitizer concentration at 3-compartment sink was 100ppm during inspection
