Observation: The back door is being kept open.
Corrective Action(s): Install a screen door if you want to keep the back door open. Get this done by May 3, 2018.

Observation: General cleaning required. There's a lot of grease buildup under the cooking equipment.
Corrective Action(s): Clean under all cooking equipment, wipe downs the doors and handles of all the coolers/freezers.

Observation: There's a lot of clutter in the back. The prep counters in the back are completely covered with items.
Corrective Action(s): Remove all items not used for operation of the business. I both counters cleared off to be used for food prep. Currently, there's no room for preparing foods in the back.
