Hand wash stations equipped with liquid soap and paper towels.
Remaining Quat sanitizer solution measured 200 ppm.
All coolers registered at or below 4 deg C.
All freezers registered at -18 deg C.
Hot holding for burger patties and gravy was at or above 60 deg C.
Dishwasher final rinse temp reached 72 deg C at plate surface.
Temperature log was well maintained.
Kitchen staff was wearing clean uniform and hair restraint.
Observed no sign of pests. Pest control monitoring in place.
General sanitation was satisfactory at time of inspection.
Washrooms were in sanitary condition.
