Comments

Thorough cleaning is needed inside the two reach in fridges across from the cooking equipment.
New walk-in freezer, fridge, handwashing sink and 2-compartment food preparation sinks have been installed. These additions and the new layout of the kitchen have resulted in overall improvement to general sanitation. Clutter is minimized.
Temperature of refrigeration and freezer units are satisfactory.
Temperature of dishwasher is satisfactory.
Handwashing stations are satisfactory.
