Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Surface sanitizer bottle in kitchen had 0 ppm chlorine residual.
Corrective Action(s): Operator remade solution and had 100 ppm chlorine residual after re-testing. Provided mixing directions to operator (1/2 tsp bleach per liter of water) .

Routine inspection conducted:
-Handsinks equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, hot and cold running water
-Walk in cooler at 3.9 deg C
-Prep cooler now at 3 deg C (ensure to keep top part closed when not in use)
-Dishwasher at 50 ppm chlorine residual
-Chest freezers at -18 deg C or less
-General sanitation is satisfactory; no signs of pests

COVID-19 Precautions
-Operator must write COVID-19 safety plan as discussed and keep it on site
-Premises is currently not open for dine-in (Take out only); provided operator with information regarding the requirements for opening the seating area (50% capacity, and 2 meters distance between tables). Operator will also be removing waiting area chairs (customers will be waiting outside)
