Low temperature dishwasher in the main kitchen not dispensing chlorine sanitizer.
Corrective Action(s): Required operator to use two-compartment sink for manual dishwashing temporarily. Operator must have wash/rinse in one sink and sanitize in the other sink. Proper manual dishwashing steps must be taken all the time until dishwasher is fixed. Chlorine sanitizer on site to be used.
