Follow-up Inspection:

-Door sweep installed on back screen door
-No observed cooling infractions -post sign provided
-Wiping towels for food contact surfaces in sanitizer buckets >100ppm chlorine residual
-Low temperature washer chlorine residual >50ppm
-Daily Log sheets for sanitizer concentration and fridges maintained
-Almost all shelves in Dry Storage room have been painted over and sealed
-Walk-in cooler wooden shelves have been replaced with wired shelves -okay
-no pooled and storage of eggs observed
-Live fish/shellfish tanks cleaned -no signs of algae observed

NOTE: place a sign in Walk-in cooler where the raw meats/seafoods are to be stored as reminders to your staff (Mandarin/cantanese okay)
