- All handwashing stations (front/back) supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid hand soap, and paper towels in dispensers.
- Low temperature dishwasher dispensed 50ppm chlorine bleach concentration.
- Surface sanitizer stored in designated bin at 200ppm QUAT based concentration.
- Dry storage area has adequate space and wire racks.
- No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection. A professional pest control company inspects the premises on a monthly basis.
- FOODSAFE level 1 trained staff on duty. Please keep all copies of FOODSAFE level 1 on site for quick review.
- Operating Permit with valid decal posted in a conspicuous area.

- All coolers < or = 4C
- Beverage coolers/walk in cooler locked at the time of the inspection.
- All freezers < or = -18C
- Hot holding units not on at the time of the inspection. Ensure temperature is > or = 60C at all times.
- Working thermometers inside all refrigeration units.
