Observation: Lots of grease and food debris has accummulated within the facility.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure the following areas are cleaned:
-Both hood vents, including around the lights and side walls. They should have been done professionally June 2022, ensure that they are scheduled to be cleaned
-The floor under the cookline in the front, under the 3 compartment sink, under the prep area in the back, under the stand up freezer
-The backspash and wall by the 3 compartment sink and the handsink in the front
-all handles and door fronts for all fridges and freezers
-All cleaning to be done by Dec 6/22
