- Dishwasher at 76C - ok - Cooling units less than 4C - Freezers below -18C - Handwash stations stocked with single use towels and liquid soap *Remove dish cloths from use (hanging out of cupboards) as they could become a common point of contamination for hands. *Re-silicone line along floor of cupboard counter by ice cream maker to prolong life of cupboards and precent water damage from nightly mopping - Monthly pest control = Orkin - General sanitation and organization is good at time of inspection
