General sanitation has improved. Operator has purchased casters for all cooler units and is pulling units away from walls for cleaning daily.
Operator has developed a cleaning plan for the facility with a checklist that is audited by operator - good
Some grease and splatter cleaning still required in the following areas:
-green wire shelf (seasoning shelf)
-electrical box near the speaker (against the wall by the 2 burner stove)
-under the single sink next to the small grease trap (middle food handling area by food processor)

Holes around the facility have been filled with expanding foam - good

Operator is still working with plumber to fix leak under the dishwashing area 1 compartment sink.

Grease trap has been pumped on June 30th. next service marked for Sept 2022 - good frequency

Live cockroaches not observed during inspection on kitchen surfaces or crevasses. Live cockroaches observed in traps (minor activity).
Operator will continue with bi-weekly cockroach treatment until pest problem is resolved. continue to send pest service reports to area inspector
Grease trap top is kept clear and clean - good
