Corrective Action(s): Cover or replace door handles, liquid soap dispenser and hand sink faucet. Replace the garbage bin and chair. Correct by February 14, 2023. Violation Score: 9

Routine inspection: Laser hair removal: Hand sinks in treatment rooms provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Treatment bed sheets and towels changed after each client. Laundry services done onsite. Laser hand pieces disinfected with 70% isopropyl alcohol after use. Laser machines equipped with emergency on/off buttons and require a key for operation. Client goggles opaque and match wavelengths emitted by laser machines. Client goggles disinfected with PREempt CS20 after use. Laser warning signs posted in doors. New machine with microneedling capabilities is Health Canada licensed. Needles are prepackaged and presterlized with lot number and expiry dates. Hand pieces disinfected with 70% isopropyl alcohol. Facials: Comedone extractors disinfected in PREempt CS20 solution after use. Soaking tray available for use. Lancets single use and discarded into sharps container. Hand sinks in treatment rooms provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Cotton, tissue, gauze, etc. single use. Treatment bed sheets and towels laundered after use. Hydrafacial solution single use.
