Comments

All fridges are maintaining foods at 4 degrees Celsius or colder. All freezers are -18 degrees Celsius or colder. Quat sanitizer measured 200 PPM residual in sanitizer buckets. Soups and chicken were 60 degrees Celsius or hotter in warmers. Liquid soap and paper towel at handsinks. General sanitation is overall good.
