Observation: Ice build up and dripping onto floor in walk in freezer observed. This unit requires repair. The unit was measured to be holding temperatures at -20C at the time of inspection. The ice can be a slipping hazard and contaminate food in the walk in unit.
Corrective Action(s): Have a technician service this unit to prevent ice build up and dripping below. Apply corrective action within 2 weeks.

Recommendation: Ensure staff do not wear hand jewelry during food service even if gloves are used to prevent contamination of food and food contact services.
