A follow up inspection was performed for routine inspection MKIM-CQ5SLZ and the following observations were made: - Hand washing sink free of obstruction - Food not stored ontop of each other in prep cooler - Raw eggs observed to be stored on bottom shelf - Utensils kept in a clean and sanitary manner - General sanitation satisfactory - Vent observed to be maintained in a clean manner. Ensure to monitor professional cleaning work after it has been serviced - All violations resolved
