Hand wash station was fully equipped with soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water.
All coolers 4C or less (prep cooler, upright two door cooler...etc)
Freezers - 12 (small) and - 19C (large two door)
Premises makes smoothies and juices on site and sells premade meals. Suppliers have recently been changed - no supplier information on site.
Staff member on duty called her manager at time of inspection - manager provided the following information at time of inspection: protein balls supplied by Training Day Cafe located at 8077 King George Blvd Surrey and prepackaged meals from My Fitness meals located at 108-13569 76th Ave Surrey - verified with HS that they are inspected faciilities My Fitness Meals under premises name as 'next level fitness'.
Ensure all products are obtained from approved/inspected sources. Highly suggest keeping supplier information (manufacturing address and telephone number) on site.
Good general sanitation.No obvious sign of pest activity noted at time of inspection
Ice machine appeared clean with scoop for ice stored outside of the ice in a separate container.
Quat sanitizer at source and in sanitizing compartment of ware washing sink, and in container with cloth submerged 200ppm
Manual ware washing procedures reviewed at time of inspection – no concerns.
Ensure juicer on site is taken a part and fully cleaned/sanitized at least every 4 hours.
All foods appeared protected (ie. covered, stored off the ground...etc)
Foodsafe trained staff on duty.
