- General sanitation is satisfactory.
- Handwash station in the washroom is accessible and is supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap. Note: Paper towel was outside of the washroom on a service counter. Ensure that the paper towels are available in the washroom.
- All storage freezer are measured at -18C.
- Two upright glass door coolers are measured at less than 4C.
- Food storage practices are satisfactory.
- No evidence of pest activity is noted at the time of inspection.

- All food items must be from approved sources and properly labeled.
Note: Observed several frozen unlabeled food items in zip locks and foil in the back chest freezer.The operator claimed that this is not for sale/removed from the floor.
If this food is not for sale then must be removed from the store; otherwise must be properly labeled and invoices must be available.
