Confirmed the ownership, still same owner.
Menu changed to fall menu but food supplier is still the same.
No new food items on the menu.
" Allpro" pest control " is a certified pest control.
All food handlers are Food Safe certified
High temp dishwasher achieved 72.2 C after rinse cycle.
Bleach used as approved sanitizer, available in the spray bottle at 100 ppm chlorine. Test strips are available.
Temp logs maintained daily / kept up to date. Coolers < 4 C, freezers functional

Soap and paper towels at hand sinks.
General sanitation excellent.
No pest issues at time of inspection. All foods stored > 6 inches off the ground.
Dry storage area is in the separate level/downstairs: 2 freezers and 1 cooler along with dry storage.
