Follow up inspection to report # MTRG-APLTH5.
- The following violations have been corrected since last inspection.
- Main yellow cooler now running at ambient temperature of 5.5C, various curry pastes probed at 5-6C,
*CONTINUE TO MONITOR COOLER AND KEEP AMBIENT AT 4C OR BELOW*
- Yellow cooler has been repaired, gas line was leaking according to operator, service tech refilled line
- Operator has moved location of paper towels to further protect foods from contamination at handwashing sink, a barrier will also be installed
- Commercial fume hood/ canopy has been cleaned and is maintained in sanitary condition
Note: Fan covers in yellow cooler has been cleaned by service tech as per operator, however more thorough cleaning required
- Shelving within yellow cooler has been cleaned to remove moderate debris build up on shelving
- Common touch areas (handles, cooler doors, etc) has been cleaned and now free of slight - moderate food debris accumulation
- ALL handwashing stations/ sinks now equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels |
