Corrective Action(s): Have dispensing line serviced immediately. manually apply quats and verify concentration at 200 ppm in sinks for ware sanitizing and in spray bottle. Handwashing good. cooling units less than 4 C. Hot holding greater than 60 C. General sanitation good. **Quats - measured quats solution in spray bottle at less than 150ppm. measured at source - slightly better,, but still less than 150 ppm @ 39 C. This issue was identified on previous inspection.
