Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. All coolers were < 4 C. Temperature records are being maintained for coolers. All freezers were < -18 C. Hot held foods were > 60 C. The dishwasher had 50 ppm chlorine. Sanitizer solution had 100 ppm chlorine. Chlorine test strips available for use. No evidence of pests. A professional pest control company is onsite regularly. The ventilation hood is cleaned regularly. The ice machine was clean. General sanitation was satisfactory.
