Dishwasher registers 76 degrees C at the plate surface during the final rinse cycle. General sanitation is good. Back area 3 door freezer at -18 degrees C. Large freezer at -13 degrees C. Walk in cooler at or below 4 degrees C. Foods better organized and stored. No cloth used to cover food products. 2 glass door cooler at 4 degrees C. Small freezer at -15 degrees C. Hot holding at or above 60 degrees C. Drawer coolers at or below 4 degrees C. Under the counter cooler at or below 4 degrees C. FOODSAFE requirements met at time of inspection. Permit posted.
