Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Temperature of maketable cooler has increased. Foods on maketable cooler are now being maintained at 10 degrees Celsius. Foods underneath are 7-9 degrees Celsius.
Corrective Action(s): All product underneath was removed to the walk in cooler. Keep small portions of potentially hazardous foods in inserts on top and discard every two hours.Time tracking required.
