Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The food sanitizer used was too strong and was detected above 1000 ppm chlorine. Dilution was applied until solution was detected at 200 ppm.
Corrective Action(s): The chlorine food sanitizer should be between 100 to 200 ppm in concentration. Solution which is too strong is corrosive and may cause food contamination. Ensure to test chlorine concentration after creating sanitation solution with test strip.

Observation: Front of the house paper dispenser was not working adequately. A spare roll of paper towels was available next to station. Repair needed.

Dedicated hand sinks with liquid soap and paper towels available.
Staff demonstrate good personal hygiene and sanitary hand washing.
Washrooms are sanitary with fully stocked hand sinks.
Food protected from contamination. Food is from an approved source.
Equipment in good working order.
Temperature holding is adequate and in use with accurate thermometers and logs.
Take out containers and utensils are sanitary.
2-compartment sink in use. After correction chlorine sanitizer in use 200 ppm.
Dishwasher final rinse at 100 ppm chlorine at the plate.
Valid Permit posted in conspicuous location.
