Corrective Action(s): Ensure that spray bottle of sanitizer is maintained at 200 PPM quat residual for non rinse sanitizer. This was replaced and concentration was 200 PPM. Violation Score: 5

Inspection result of renovation. All floors and shelves have been refinished. All walls have been painted. All fridges are maintaining foods at 4 degrees C or colder. Freezer is -22 degrees C. Liquid soap and paper towel at handsinks. Pizza time temperature monitoring was being carried out at time of inspection.
