Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Raw eggs and meat stored above ready to eat items in walk-in cooler.
Corrective Action: Ready to eat items were moved by operator at time of inspection.
Only store raw meat and eggs on designated shelving unit. Eggs and raw meat must be stored below ready to eat items to protect food items from contamination.

Bleach sanitizer in labelled buckets measured at 100ppm

Hood vents and frying are have been cleaned and observed to be sanitary at time of inspection

Weather stripping on back screen door was replaced and hole in wall by back entrance was sealed

Rodent droppings were cleaned from back entrance area, underneath sink areas and behind freezers. Continue to monitor for pest activity everyday

Wash and sanitize any areas where new droppings are observed.
No new pest activity was observed at time of inspection.

Continue to consult with professional pest company to prevent further pest infestation.
