Observation: 1) Buckets where food products are stored (ie. cornstarch, marinades) are coated with build up of food residue on interior and exterior of containers.
2) Cooler door and handle have build up of food debris and blood from meats.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Prior to refilling, clean and sanitize containers to avoid build up from occurring.
2) Clean and sanitize cooler door handle and door regularly as this can contaminate hands when going in and out of fridge.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No bleach present in spray bottle used to sanitize meat cutting board in front service area. This has been noted on a previous report.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure sanitizer is always available and in use to sanitize food contact surfaces. Correction date: Immediately.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Large containers of marinade in fridge were stored uncovered. As well scoops and handles were stored in product.
Corrective Action(s): Cover all food and do not store scoops in food products. When scoops are stored in product, handles can contaminate product and there is no way to ensure handles do not come into contact with product. Wash scoops after each use.

Liquid soap and paper towel was present at handwashing sink and in staff washroom
Display cooler (right side): 4C (left side): 2C

Walk in cooler was 4C
Walk-in freezer was -13C
Bleach present for sanitizing dishes manually.
Operator reported that Pest Control contract is in place with monthly visits. No droppings noted at the time of the inspection; however, Operator reported he continues to monitor and clean any droppings noted.
