Foods are now being stored covered in the walk in cooler.
Front of ice machine and bar area shelves have been cleaned and organized.
Leaking tap in bar area still to be repaired.
Minor leak in dry storage is currently not leaking. No water noted on floor or wall. Plumber still expected to address.
Buffet shut down at time of inspection. Ensure hot foods in buffet are maintained at 60 degrees Celsius or hotter.
Ensure that cold foods in buffet are maintained at 4 degrees Celsius or colder.
Continue to clean and maintain food premises.
