-Ensure that screens are installed on the doors facing outside if they are kept open.

All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C
No evidence of pests. Pest control is coming on site.
Food is stored in pest proof containers.
Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
Bleach was available.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
