Follow up inspection performed today.

Ice machine is clean and fully operational. Scoop is stored outside the machine in a sanitary manner.

Handsink at front has hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.

Assistant manager informed that ice machine will be cleaned and sanitized on a routine basis to ensure unit is free from mold, mildew, debris that can harbour pathogens which may contaminate the ice used for drinks and storage of the spoon.
