Follow up inspection as per our inspection conducted in July, 2017. The following items have been discussed with owner/operator: - ensure to have at least one certified food handler per shift - use approved sanitizer bleach ( at min. 100ppm ) and store all wiping clothes in it - keep daily temperature logs and cleaning schedules up to date - keep invoices from the certified pest control Still need your attention: - garbage area outside has been well maintained and well organized. However, we discussed that this area will require enclosure since it is close to the residential area. It will be much easier to control it in the future.
