Inspection conducted to follow up on outstanding items from the previous routine inspection: - Operator has looking to obtaining approval for the oven from the City of Burnaby and has decided to not proceed with the application process. Oven has been removed from the premises. - Spray bottles of sanitizer 100ppm chlorine - Reminded operator to keep bay door closed at all times. - Ensure flooring is repaired as part of ongoing maintenance
