This is a repeat violation. Corrective Action(s): Callus removes are semi-critical items requiring high-level disinfection. Use CS20 to disinfect callus removers. Corrected during inspection. Follow up inspection to Report #PKUR-CCURBT Drill bits disinfected with a high level disinfectant (CS20) - thank you. CS20 bottles within their expiry dates. Staff providing services in treatment room not present during the inspection however CS20 was available in the treatment room and discussed disinfection procedures for goggles with owner. Note: CS20 should be dated (for 14 day re-use) and a timer should be used (20 minute soak required to achieve disinfection).
