Observation: Facility continues to have a cockroach infestation. Facility is currently serviced by a professional pest control operator on a monthly basis. Pest control operator applied a cockroach bait during the last site visit.
Corrective Action(s): Continue to have professional pest control services service the facility on a regular basis and implement the control measures recommended by the pest control operator. To prevent further infestation, carry out a thorough cleaning of the facility, especially along the cook line.

Comments

-Follow-up inspection to May 16, 2022.
-Bar cooler was at 3C.
-Kitchen upright cooler was at 4C.
-New kitchen cooler will be arriving next week.
-Additional paper towel dispenser has been added to the 2-compartment sink area to allow for a shared handwash station.
-Bleach sanitizer levels were at 100ppm to 200ppm.
-General food storage practices have improved in the last month. Did not observe raw foods stored above ready-to-eat foods, did not observe foods double stacked directly on top of one another, did not find foods stored in opened metal cans, and scoops were stored in a sanitary manner.
-Cleaning has been carried out. Ensure the facility is maintained in a clean and sanitary condition at all times to control the pest infestation.
