Routine inspection conducted today:
Handwash stations, including staff washroom, were accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
All refrigeration units were holding food at 4.0C or below.
All freezer units were at -18.0C or below.
Food stored protected, off the floor and in the proper storage hierarchy (raw eggs stored on the lowest shelf below chopped lettuce).
All hot hold units were holding hot food above 60.0C.
Potentially hazardous food items were noted with time-stamps and none of the time-stamps were expired during the inspection.
Sanitizer spray bottle available. 400 PPM QUAT detected. Wall mounted sanitizer dispenser tested and noted with 400 PPM QUAT.
Low temperature dish machine was detected with 100 PPM chlorine residual.
No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection.
Overall sanitation and cleanliness excellent. Fume hood and deep fryers were exceptionally cleaned. Interior of the ice machine was noted sanitary.
