Visual inspection of pet food area found no droppings or urine. Store manager stated that staff have been cleaning this area daily and underneath/behind shelving units every three days and that rodent activity is down significantly. Pest control still coming approx every three days and reviewed reports on site. Continue with current course of action and working with pest control to identify any areas requiring additional attention as required until pest activity in store is eliminated.
