- Hand sink supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Bleach sanitizer solution available at 200 ppm chlorine
- Dishwasher in commissary area had 100 ppm chlorine residual at dish surface level after final rinse - good
- All coolers were at or below 4C
- All freezer temperatures satisfactory
- Soup was being hot held at above 60C
- Proper cooling in small portions was being done at time of inspection
- Food storage practices satisfactory - all food stored off the floor and covered
