Routine check.
Both coolers are at 4 C or colder. Temperature records are being kept - good.
Hand washing station has liquid soap and paper towels.
Bubble tea pearls are made every hour - good (as per food safety plan).
Dishwasher has a final hot water sanitizing rinse (82 C at gauge)- OK. Follow routine maintenance for dishwasher as per manufacturer's specifications. Water is well water.
Reviewed cleaning and disinfection procedures. For disinfectant cleaner - do not use on food contact surfaces. You can use 1 tsp bleach in 1 litre water to make a 200ppm chlorine sanitizing solution.
