Comments

Clean the floor under equipment all the way to the wall. Replace rodent traps in their original position if they are moved during cleaning.
The finishing on the floor is worn in some areas especially in front of the dishwasher. Repair the floor so that it is smooth, nonporous and easily cleanable.
No obvious signs of rodent noted.
No concerns noted with food handling practice.
Temperature of hot and cold holding equipment are satisfactory.
Temperature log is maintained.
Handwashing stations are satisfactory.
Adequate sanitizer is detected in the dishwasher, glasswasher and the sanitizer buckets.
