Follow up inspection conducted: -Did not observe any chicken bones/raw meats on site -Organization throughout kitchen has greatly improved (cleaning around the stove area and by the prep cooler area is better. All items are stored away and organized. Food prep surfaces are kept clear of any debris) -Condiments (salt/pepper shakers) have been cleaned and sanitized -Taps were run at the Two compartment sink and the handsink which now both drain properly -Reminder: Renew FoodSafe certificates before July 29, 2018.
