-Follow-up inspection to January 05, 2023. -Chemical dishwasher had been serviced - operator stated technician stated the issue was related to the water pressure in the facility. -Chemical dishwasher was found to have a final rinse of 50ppm chlorine on the dish surface during the final rinse cycle. -Facility has test strips available on-site to verify the chemical concentration daily. Do not store the test strips above the dishwasher (away from areas of high moisture) to prevent the test strips from becoming damaged. -Facility may resume using reusable dishware and utensils in the facility. -Please contact the inspector if you have and questions or concerns. -Signature not required due to COVID-19.
