Corrective Action(s): Sanitizer must measure 200-400ppm quats. Bottle emptied and refilled at dispenser at 3 compartment sink. Sanitizer measures 200ppm quats.

Observation: Small board has been placed between panini grill and soup hot holding unit. Board appears to be a ceiling tile that is beginning to crumble.
Corrective Action(s): Remove board, or replace board with a material that is smooth, easily washable and impervious to water. Do not use current board as it is crumbling and may contaminate food.

Rodent droppings noted throughout food prep area:
- by unused microwaves near back door
- by mop sink
- by safe under POS system
