Follow up inspection to MTRG-AF3SLP. The following deficiencies were corrected: - No soiled foods observed in facility, continue to always inspect and discard if soiled - No food products were stored on the floor during time of inspection, continue to keep all foods at least 6" off the ground - Chlorine sanitizer solution available for sanitizing food contact surfaces during time of inspection, concentration at 200ppm - Entry point/ hole in furnace room has been sealed to prevent entry of pests - Liquid soap dispenser now dispensing soap at handwashing station in kitchen facility - Good food storage/ food handling practices being observed during time of inspection
