Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand washing station at back preparation area is not supplied with paper towel during inspection. Manager placed paper towel in the paper towel dispenser during time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Maintain all hand washing stations unobstructed and supplied with paper towel, hot and cold running water, and liquid soap at all times to ensure staff are washing their hands frequently and properly.

Observation: [REPEAT VIOLATION] In absense of operator, no staff on site has FOODSAFE Level 1 training or equivalent. Staff stated that they will apply for FOODSAFE training.
Corrective Action(s): At least one employee (staff or manager) on site must apply for FOODSAFE Level 1 training or equivalent immediately. Submit proof of payment for training to the health inspector by the end of the day tomorrow (Dec 29, 2022). Ensure the staff member completes training within one month. Submit proof of training to the health inspector by Feb 1, 2023. Ensure all trained staff members keep a copy of their FOODSAFE Level 1 training on site for verfication by the health inspector during inspection. Failure to comply may lead to progressive enforcement.

Observations:
- Walk-in cooler at 3'C
- Walk-in freezer at -19'C
- Display freezers at or below -18'C
- Under-counter bar cooler measured at 3'C
- General sanitation of premise is okay
*REMINDER: ensure the floor in the service area is cleaned more frequently to remove sticky residue and to prevent pest harboring/breeding
- Hand washing station at front service area is supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- QUATs sanitizer in spray bottle (X1) measured at 200 ppm QUATs concentration with test strips
- 3-compartment sink available with drain plugs
- All food observed stored at least 6 inches off the floor
- Chemicals are stored away from food
- Equipment stored in a sanitary manner
- Staff stated that all cold toppings (cheesecake etc.) are replaced with fresh items every 2-4 hours
- Health permit posted in a conspicuous location on site

Notes:
- QUATs sanitizer strips are not available on site. Ensure to obtain QUATs sanitizer strips as per approved sanitation plan
- front open display cooler is observed not turned on and is not in use for any potentially hazardous food storage (beverages are stored in the cooler)
- Inspection report will be emailed to the operator
