Observation: Low-temperature dishwasher does not release any chlorine residual despite multiple (3) attempts.
Corrective Action(s): Repair or adjust the low-temperature dishwasher so that it dispenses a minimum of 50 ppm chlorine residual at the plate. In the interim, fill one of the two-compartment sinks with bleach water (50 ppm) and immerse washed dishes inside for a minimum of 2 minutes to proper sanitize the plates.

Observation: Mould accumulation has developed in the following areas:
- On the inner edges of the right side of your double compartment sink
- Along the seals of your beverage prep cooler
Corrective Action(s): Use a strong bleach solution to thoroughly scrub and remove the mould in the aforementioned areas. Ensure that you regularly clean the double compartment sink to prevent any mould accumulation or growth.

Observation: Low-temperature dishwasher did not release any chlorine residual at time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Adjust the low-temperature dishwasher so that it releases a minimum of 50 ppm at the plate. Technician has been called to arrive tomorrow morning. Facility will be closing in less than 2 hours - in the interim, ensure that the plates are sanitized in 50 ppm chlorine inside one of your two-compartment sinks.

Routine inspection conducted. Facility generally is in good sanitary condition, with a few deficiencies that need to be addressed. The following observations were made:
Temperatures:
Stand-up glass door cooler at 4C
Domestic stand-up cooler at 3C
Domestic freezer compartment at -14C
Prep cooler at 4C
Undercounter beverage cooler at 4C
Mini beverage cooler (non-potentially hazardous items) at front-of-house measures at 9C
No hot-holding conducted at time of inspection
Hand wash station at front-of-house and back-of-house stocked with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels
Bleach sanitizer available at 200 ppm chlorine residual
Ventilation canopy well maintained and in good sanitary condition
All food products stored off the floor
Chemicals stored separately from all food products
Restrooms are in sanitary condition and sinks are adequately stocked
Operator has FoodSafe 1 (Expiry: April 2023)
