Comments

-Upright cooler was at 3C.
-Glass door cooler was at 4C.
-Prep cooler was at 4C (top and bottom).
-Upright freezer was at -16C.
-Chest freezer was at -24C.
-No hot holding at the time of inspection.
-Cooked chicken cooling at room temperature in single layers prior to cooling in the cooler. Cooked chicken made previously was at 4C.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 71C on the dish surface (minimum of 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-Handwash station accessible and supplies with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Bleach sanitizer spray bottle and pail were at 200ppm.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and covered. raw foods stored below ready-to-eat foods.
-Frozen spare ribs were thawing under cold running water.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washrooms clean and well maintained. Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until July 16, 2023.

-Facility is offering dine-in services. Seating capacity is posted at the front entrance.
